10) Superbowl 47 blackout - Who can forgot this moment. Up 28-6 in the third quarter the Baltimore Ravens seems a sure lock to win Superbowl 47. At 13:22 in the third quarter the lights went out creating a surreal scene and causing a 36 minute break in the action.
8) Chicago Blackhawks win the Stanley cup - Down 1-2 with 76 seconds left in game 6 of the Stanley Cup finals the Blackhawks showed the world they were never going to give up. 76 seconds away from defeat, Brian Bickell decided to go ahead and tie the game. Just as everyone was getting ready to head to overtime Dave Bolland decided he wanted to win it here and now completing the comeback and winning the Championship.
7) The Pittsburgh Pirates finally have a winning season - Not many teams can torture their fans as well as the Pittsburgh pirates can. 19 straight years this team went without even scratching at a .500 record. In 2013 that changed. Led by the likes of MVP Andrew McCutchen who willed this team to a 96-68 record and a wild card birth.
6) Auburns Hail Mary - Auburn had played a complete game until the 4th quarter against an underrated Georgia team. Up 37-17 Auburns defense collapsed and allowed Georgia to score 21 straight points within 8 minutes giving them a 38-37 lead with only 1:25 left in the game. Then a miracle throw happened, the pass was tipped and fell right into the receivers hands for a last second TD. Auburn won 43-38.
2) Ray Allen's game tying three - The Miami heat were in a one-for-the-ages series with the Spurs. Down 3 with just under 20 seconds left in game 6 LeBron James took a shot with 11 seconds left. The shot was off but Chris Bosh stole the offensive rebound and passed it to a retreating Ray Allen. Allen immediately pulled up for the game tying three, what would eventually be the dagger in the Spurs heart.
