-The defense was its normal self keeping Russell Wilson in check for most of the game. Although between Wilson and Marshawn Lynch did have more yards than they normally allow to a running back.
-Special teams played decent yet again, forcing kicks wide and created misses on field goals. The punt defense team like the rest of the defense is missing Mathieu a ton.
-The offensive line which has played great of late looked like they were the same patchwork unit from before. This line can play competitively against mediocre opponents but when a good defense plays them they shrink.
-Carson Palmer received little help from the line but was forcing passes all day. The consistency he had from the winning streak is gone, and it's time to serious settle this position down, whether it be through the draft, trade or free agency .
-For the first time since the beginning of the season Mendenhall rushed above his average. Ellington was also mostly ineffective, considering how athletic Seattle's defense is this is not really surprising.
-Michael Floyd with his late TD catch now has 25 straight receptions for a first down (TD's are considered 1st downs)
It's been a great season considering everything. I'm very proud of the Cardinals and I hope they continue to have this level of success in the future.
- The Cardinals (10-5) take on the 49ers (10-4) in the season finale at home Dec 29.
Notes: Calais Campbell had 2 sacks giving him 8 for the season, John Abraham was injured while chasing Russell Wilson around the backfield early in the 4th. Dansby had the game clinching INT which was his career high 4th of the year. That's the first loss the Seahawks have had at home since 2011!
